THE OBITUARY OF

John W. Crow

John W. Crow, 86, pioneer resident of Iowa and a resident of Minden for more than sixty years, died of a cerebral hemorrhage at the home of his son, L.J. Crow, after an illness of three and a half months.

Mr. Crow was born at Neptune, Mercer County, Ohio. He came to Iowa when but 3 years old, when his parents settled at Clear Lake. About sixty years ago he moved to Minden where he has since resided. He was a member of the Minden Congrgational Chuch.

Besides his son, he is survived by his sister, Mrs. Ida Turk of Omaha and one grandson.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at his son's residence and at the Minden Congregational Church. Rev. E.H. Buschmann of Minden and Rev. P.J. Wagner of Tabor will officiate. Burial will be in the Minden Cemetery. The Cutler Funeral Home will be in charge. (Sec. A, Row 13)
