GEORGE A. CULTON, aged 40 years died of Spanish influenza Friday night at Mercy Hospital He had resided in Council Bluffs all his life and was a member of the Epworth M.E. church, Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen No. 520; Knights of the Maccabees, and the Brotherhood of Railway Employees.
He is survived by a widow, one daughter, Ruth, a father, James Culton of 3505 Avenue C, this city, five brothers, John C., R.B. and G.F., Council Bluffs, Alex, South Omaha, and A.B., North Platte, Nebraska, and two sisters, Mrs. Emma Abrams and Mrs. J.H. Williams, Blackwell, Oklahoma.
The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock from the residence, 2730 Avenue B, and will be private. Rev. H.T. Davis will officiate.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
