BEN R. DEYO, aged 34 years died at Mercy Hospital Wednesday night at 11:30 o'clock. He had been ill for a week. The late Mr. Deyo had spent the greater part of his life in Council Bluffs and at the time of death was employed by the Illinois Central Railroad Company.

He is survived by his wife, two children, Glendale, age 7 and Gene, aged 6; a father and mother of Ava, Missouri; three brothers, one of whom is in France and the others in Council Bluffs, and three sisters, one of Ava, and the others of this city. Glendale Deyo is now ill of Diphtheria.

Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
