WILLIAM DOWNS, 71, died Friday morning at his home in Underwood. The funeral will be held Sunday at 2 o'clock from the LDS Church at Underwood. Rev. Joshua Carlisle officiating. Burial will be in the Downsville Cemetery.

Surviving are: one daughter, Mrs. John Sexton of Underwood, and four sons, David of Neola, Willis of Weston and Herbert and Thomas of Underwood.

Pallbearers will be: Elmer, Ira, Frank, Alvin and William Gatrost and Albert Whitmore, all nephews.
