Frank Falkner, 2540 6th Avenue, a resident of Council Bluffs for the past 55 years. Survivors are: two brothers, Willis of Topeka, KS, and J. Falkner, Onawa, KS.

Graveside services for Frank Falkner, 91, will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Garner Township Cemetery. The Rev. Homer Caskey, former pastor of the Church of the Brethren will officiate.
