Myrtle Fitch

Mrs. Myrtle Fitch, 67, 228 Pickardy lane, died Friday at a local convalescent home following an extended illness. Born at Sheridan, MO, she had resided in Council Bluffs since 1920. She was a member of the Dodge Memorial Congregtional Church and the widow of Alexander Fitch, who died in 1946.

Survivors include: Son, Ira F. Mayo and daughter, Mrs. David (Eve) Summers, both of Council Bluffs; two sisters, Mrs. George Gabbert of Sheridan, MO, and Mrs. Lottie Sears of Eureka, CA; brother, Leo Rickabaugh of Eureka; and six grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Minday at the Meyer Chapel. The Rev. R.O. Barber, pastor of Dodge Church, and the Rev. Homer F. Caskey, retired, will officiate. Interment will be in Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
