Sarah M. Frazer, 71, 208 Oakland Ave., died Thursday in a local hospital. She had been ill for about 10 days. A native of Council Bluffs, she had lived here all her life. She was a member of Broadway Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Charles O.; one son John R. of Council Bluffs; two sisters, Miss Maude B. Ranck of Council Bluffs, and Mrs. Ella M. Swan of Dare, VA; one brother, G.L. Ranck of St. Louis, Mo; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
