THE OBITUARY OFJennie E. Gould |
The funeral of the late Mrs. Jennie E. Gould, who died Tuesday night from heart disease at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. G. A. Bullis, 102 Stutsman Street, will be held from the residence tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.
Mrs. Gould was a member of the Broadway Methodist Church and the services will be conducted by the pastor, the Rev. J. H. Senseney. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery.
Deceased was the widow of the late Charles P. Gould and had been a resident of Council Bluffs for twenty nine years. She was 69 years, 7 months of age and was born in the state of Virginia.
In Washington, this state, in 1857, she married Mr. Gould, moving with him to Council Bluffs in April 1868. She leaves two children: Ella S. wife of George A. Bullis and George M. Gould the deputy county treasurer. By a strange coincidence Mrs. Gould's death occurred on the twenty eighth anniversary of that of her husband who died March 9, 1869.
