The funeral of Michael S. Graybell, one of the oldest settlers in Pottawattamie County was held yesterday afternoon from the home of his niece, Emily Graybell, in Garner Township. Rev. John Carslyle conducted the services. Interment was at Roundsville (Downsville?) Cemetery.

Mr. Graybell, who was 82 years of age at the time of his death, was born in Ohio and came to this county in 1846, settling in Garner Township, where he has resided ever since.

He is survived by one brother, 92 years of age, living in Macedonia, and one sister, who resides in Utah. The family originally, eight boys and four girls have nearly all preceded him in death.
