Francis H. Guanella

A large number of the friends and associates of the late FRANCIS H. GUANELLA were in attendance yesterday afternoon upon his funeral, which was held from St. Francis Xavier's Church.

The police department, of which the deceased was a member at the time of his death, was represented by a platoon of officers and a large number of brother members of the Veteran Firemen's Association acted as an escort for the remains.

The floral offerings were profuse, notable among them being a police star from the police department and a wreath from the Veteran Firemen's Association.

The remains were interred in the Catholic Cemetery.

The pallbearers were Dr. Seybert, M. F. Rohrer, C.H. White, Judge Aylesworth, F.R. Levin and James Wickham.
