JOSEPH G. HANSON, 76, carpenter living at 212 Franklin Avenue, died of general decline at a local hospital Saturday morning following a three weeks illness. Mr. Hanson was born in Norway. He had been a resident of Council Bluffs since 1894.

He is survived by his widow, Agnes; one son, Henry, at home; one brother, Hans in Norway and two grandchildren.

The body was taken to the Beem-Belford Funeral Home where funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m., Rev. Leon C. Hills officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery.
