THE OBITUARY OFFred William Harms |
Griswold - Services will be held Sunday at the Wagler funeral home here for Fred William Harms, 67, resident of Griswold for 30 years, who died Friday at the Atlantic hospital following a brief illness with pneumonia.
The Rev. Richard E. Rowe of Oakland will conduct rites, burial in Flint Cemetery.
A native of Germany, Mr. Harms came to America with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Harms, in 1898.
Surviving are his widow, the former Estella Mae Pender of Griswold, five sons, Arthur Harms of Golden, Col., Fred and Glen of Dallas Center, Clarence and Leo of Griswold; five daughters, Mrs. Charles Huggins and Mrs. Ray Guttau of Golden, Col., Mrs. Ralph Cary, Ruth and Dorothy Harms of Griswold, and 11 grandchildren.
