Bessie Harrington

BESSIE HARRINGTON, aged 30 years, wife of Elvie Harrington of Anselmo, Nebraska, died Sunday evening at the Jennie Edmundson Memorial hospital of pneumonia, after an illness of three days. Mrs. Harrington came here a week ago to visit her sister-in-law, Mrs. Henry Kerns, 2514 Avenue C. She was troubled with asthma and hay fever. Last Wednesday evening she attended the parade in Omaha and was taken ill the following day, being removed to the hospital on Friday. Her husband was sent for, but returned home Saturday morning, thinking she was improving. When her condition became worse, he was again sent for but arrived just after death had occurred.

Mrs. Harrington is survived by: her husband, two daughters, Elsie and Grace; a son, Herbert; a mother, Mrs. Herbert Cook, St. Paul, Minnesota; a sister, Miss Grace Cook, St. Paul, Minnesota and a brother Harry Cook, St. Paul Minnesota.

The body was taken to Woodring & Jackson's parlors, pending funeral arrangements.
