Mrs. Cecil Fern Hathaway, 59, 235 Morgan Street, died Saturday at home following an illness of 10 months. Mrs. Hathaway, who had lived in Council Bluffs all her life, was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints.

Survivors include: husband, Harley; two sisters, Miss Lois Watts and Mrs. Leora Kirkwood both of Council Bluffs. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Woodring Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Crescent Cemetery.
