Dr. Charles C. Hazen

Dr. Charles C. Hazen, a well known dentist of the city, was found dead in bed yesterday morning at his apartment at 109 Scott Street. His death was due to paralysis, from which he had been suffering for the last three years. Dr. Hazen was born in Woodstock, VT, and removed to his city nineteen years ago. He was 44 years old at the time of his death. One brother, James Hazen, of Plymouth, Mass., and one sister, Mrs. T.M. Carter of Boston, survive him. The remains will be taken to Woodstock this evening for interment.

Worthy Counsel Ovide Vien of Hazel Camp No. 171, M.W.A., of which Mr. Hazen was a member, requests all members of the lodge to meet at the residence, 109 Scott Street this afternoon to accomany the remains to the Rock Island Depot.
