Ralph E. Heileman

RALPH E. HEILEMAN, 77, Route 3, died Sunday at a local hospital following a week's illness. Born in Garner Township of one of Pottawattamie County's pioneer families, he was a lifelong resident of the county. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church and a charter member of the Pottawattamie County Farm Bureau. He had served 35 years on the Garner Township School Board. He was a 50-year member of the Livestock Shippers Organization.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Dean (Helen) Andress of Council Bluffs, and four grandchildren.

A Mass will be said at St. Patrick's Church at 9 a.m. Wednesday. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. Thomas J. Moriarty will be the celebrant. Rosary will be said at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at the Woodring Chapel.

Interment will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
