Waddingham, J. H. Waddingham--Contractor J.H. Waddingham is working out his own ideas for a home in the dwelling he is erecting for himself near the corner of Fuller Avenue on the west side of Benton Street. The porch will be the principal feature of the front of the house and the great living room that of the interior. The building is of frame construction and will contain eight rooms and sleeping porch. The cost will be about $5,000. Corner of Fuller Ave. on the west side of Benton St.
Walk, John Walk--John Walk erected a $4,000 home at 620 Roosevelt Avenue this spring which is a most attractive residence. The construction is of frame. It contains seven rooms and is two stories in height. The cost was $4,000. 620 Roosevelt Ave.
Wescott, Mrs. George Wescott--Mrs. George Wescott is having built an attractive little house on Avenue A, near Thirty-seventh Street. The house, although not large, will contain seven comfortable rooms and will cost in the neighborhood of $1,000. Ave. A, near Thirty-seventh St.
Whaley, S. E. Whaley--On the southwest corner of Second Avenue and Tenth Street, S.E. Whaley has erected two modern dwellings of frame construction for renting purposes. The houses are each two stories in height.One contains five rooms and costs about $2,400 and the other has six rooms and will cost, when completed, about $2,800. Williams, Frank Williams--Frank Williams is having erected at the corner of Thomas and East Pierce Streets a frame cottage of the bungalow style which, when completed, will be one of the most attractive small dwellings in the neighborhood. It will contain five rooms and is of frame construction and one story in height. The cost will be about $2,000. L.R. Woodward, Carlton Woodward,--The most beautiful addition to the homes on Oakland Avenue made during the last twelve months was the dwelling of Carlton Woodward at 608 Oakland Avenue. This is a house of pressed brick construction with something of Italian simplicity in the front. It is two and one-half stories in height and contains ten rooms. Wooten, Harry Wooten--Harry Wooten has just completed his home at 913 Twenty-first Avenue at a cost of about $2,000. The house is one story in height and contains five rooms. 913 Twenty-first Ave.
Wray, C. E. Wray--At 2313 Avenue C, C.E. Wray has built a handsome little five-room home at a cost of about $2,500. The house is modern in every detail, one of the features of it’s arrangement being the large openings which separate the rooms in the front part of the house. 2313 Ave. C
Wright Home Wright--The Wright home at 3323 Avenue C is an attractive little cottage of five rooms which was completed this year. It is one story in height, of frame construction and cost about $2,000. 3323 Ave. C
Wright, George Wright--At 650 Franklin Avenue, George Wright has a neat little modern bungalow built during the last year at a cost of about $2,600. The place is modern in every respect, a distinctive feature of the home being the large opening between the rooms downstairs. 650 Franklin Ave.
