Louis M. Larsen, 70, 526 Voorhis St., was dead on arrival Thursday at a local hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack. A lifelong resident of Council Bluffs, he was a retired partner of the C.C. Larsen and Sons General Contractors. He was a member of the Elks Club, Master Builders of Iowa and a World War I veteran.

Survivors include: two sons, David of Council Bluffs and Fred of Lincoln, Neb.; three sisters, Mrs. Christine Jasper and Miss Pauline Larsen, both of Council Bluffs and Mrs. Helen Eyberg of McClelland, and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Cutler Chapel. The Rev. Raymond Ray, Rector of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, will officiate. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. The casket will be closed at the beginning of the service and not reopened.
