CHARLES W. MERRILL, aged 63 years, a ranchman from Douglas, Wyoming died of complications Tuesday evening at the home of his daughter, Mrs. A.L. Moeller, 122 Knepper Street, after an illness covering the past year.

He is survived by a wife, one son, C.C. Merrill, Douglas, Wyoming, and one daughter, Mrs. Moeller, at whose home he passed away.

The body was taken to Cutler's parlors and will be sent to Denison, Iowa for burial.
