THE OBITUARY OFGeorge A. Miller |
Oakland - Funeral services for George A. Miller, 85 year old James township farmer who died Sunday at a Council Bluffs hospital, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Silver Creek church, the Rev. H. F. Kirschner officiating.
Mr. Miller was a native of Illinois, and had spent 59 years in James township. His wife died in 1917.
Surviving are four daughters, Miss Marie Miller, at home; Mrs. Alta Fritz and Mrs. Ada Zoller, both of Oakland; Mrs. Maude Clark of Logan; four sons, Henry of Pender, Neb., Ray of Chattanooga, Tenn., Howard of Neola, Glen of Oakland; four sisters, Mrs. Katherine Mauer of Minden, Mrs. Emma Wilkinson, Mrs. Harriett Dawson and Miss Louise Miller, all of Three Oaks, Mich.
Vieth's funeral home is in charge. Interment will be in Silver Creek (sic) cemetery.
