Maria Mynster


Maria Mynster

Maria Mynster, 72 years, one month and twenty three days, died yesterday afternoon at her home a few miles north of the city. She was sick for about six months.

Deceased was born in Copenhaen, Denmark, and was married to Christopher O. Mynster in 1842. They came to this city in 1851 from Washington, D.C., in which place they lived five years.

Her husband died some years ago and one son, William A. Mynster survives her. She was one of the oldest residents of this county and was honored and beloved by all.

The body will be interred in Fairview. (no gravestone)

Maria Mynster-Funeral

The funeral of Maria Mynster will take place from the residence tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. Rev. G.W. Snyder of the English Lutheran Church will officiate.
