Richard A. Overton
Richard A. Overton, 50, who was born and reared in Council Bluffs and who had been a patient at the state hospital at Clarinda for the last sixteen or eighteen years, died at Clarinda Sunday morning.
Surviving are two brothers, Platte Overton of this city and Rev. Charles Overton of Roseburg, Oregon; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie E. Drew of this city and Mrs. Alice O. Davis of Los Angeles, California. The body was removed to Woodring's Funeral Home, where services will be held Sunday at 4 p.m., with Rev. C. W. Graham of Broadway Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
