THE OBITUARY OFJoshua G. Potter |
Joshua G. Potter, 3 month son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Potter, 258 Benton St., was pronounced dead on arrival at a local hospital Friday. The infant became suddenly ill at the home of his grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Potter, 250 Ivy Drive and was rushed to the hospital. An autopsy is planned to determine the cause of death.
Joshua also is survived by two brothers, Stephen and Jason, grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Delmar Knudsen all of Council Bluffs, Great-grandparents, Bertha Potter of Council Bluffs, Hazel Schneider of Harlan, Nellie Dolson of Port Orchard, Wash, and Florence Avery of Webster City, aunts and uncles.
Services will be 9 a.m. Monday at Meyer Funeral Home. The Rev. Paul C. Nelson, associate pastor of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Belknap Cemetery.
Viewing and visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday

County Medical Examiner Dr. Samuel Rosa did an autopsy Friday to determine the cause of death but results will not be learned until Monday.
