Following a short illness combined with senility, Mrs. Christina Reimers, 85, widow of Hans Reimers, died at her home in Minden. Mrs. Reimers was born in Germany and came to the United States in 1856. She had lived at Minden since 1875.

Surviving are five sons, Frank, Louis, John and Edward Reimers of Minden and Charles Reimers of Everly; three daughters, Mrs. Lena Lohann of Minden, Mrs. Mary Dittner of Clarks, Nebraska, and Mrs. Anna Strohbehn of Silver Creek, Nebraska; two brothers, Ernest Krebach of Lauverne, Minnesota and Martin Krebach of Omaha and two sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Scharnberg of Everly and Mrs. Henry Nieland of St. Paul. There are twenty seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
