John A. Seidler

JOHN A. SEIDLER, 71, 626 Sixth Avenue, a retired farm implement dealer, died Sunday at his home. He had been under treatment for a heart disease. A lifelong resident of Pottawattamie County, he ran the International Harvester Agency here for 25 years. He was a member of St. Francis Church, Knights of Columbus, Elks Lodge and Moose Lodge.

Survivors include: widow, Elizabeth; daughter, Miss Beatrice of San Francisco, California; two sons, John P. of Council Bluffs and William of Omaha; brother, Frank of Council Bluffs; three sisters, Mrs. Kate Rains and Mrs. Adolph Klopping, both of Council Bluffs, Mrs. Jose Ferguson of Claresholm, Alberta, Canada; and two grandchildren.

Requiem Mass will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday at St. Francis Church. Msgr. James P. Danahey will be celebrant. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery. Parish Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Beem-Belford Funeral Home. Knights of Columbus Rosary will be at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
