Blanche (Munro) Shea

Mrs. BLANCHE MUNRO SHEA, 51, died of heart disease early Monday at her home, 724 South Seventh Street.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Shea; three sons and one daughter, Lawrence, Phillip and Norbert, and Helen, all at home; one brother George Munro of Council Bluffs; and one sister, Mrs. A.G. McCallister of Boulder, Colorado.

Mrs. Shea was born in Council Bluffs and lived here her entire life. She was a St. Francis alumna and a member of the Catholic Daughters of America.

The body was taken to the Beem-Belford mortuary.

Funeral Services

Funeral services for Mrs. Blanche Shea will be held Wednesday at 9 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier's Catholic Church, Msgr. F.P. McManus will celebrate requiem mass.

Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

The body was removed from Beem-Belford Mortuary Tuesday to the family home at 724 South Seventh Street where it will lie in state until time for the services.
