THOMAS P. SHEA, 24, of 141 N. 39th Street was dead on arrival at a local hospital Tuesday after a day's illness. Shea was a lifelong resident of Council Bluffs and was employed by the Council Bluffs Water Works. He was graduated in 1964 from Abraham Lincoln High School.

Survivors include: widow, Linda; son, LeRoy and two daughters, Teresa and Dorothy all at home; parents, Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Shea; brother Michael, sister, Peggy Shea and grandmother, Mrs. Frank Heck all of Council Bluffs.

Services for Thomas P. Shea, 24, 141 N. 39th Street, will be at 10 a.m., Thursday at the Beem-Belford Chapel. The Rev. Keith Engel, associate pastor of St. Francis Catholic Church, will officiate. Interment will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery.

Shea was pronounced dead on arrival at a local hospital. He had a diabetic condition.
