Minnie Tetzlaff

MINNIE TETZLAFF, aged 55 years, 865 Lincoln Avenue, died suddenly of apoplexy at 5:15 o'clock Friday morning at the home of Mrs. Bertha Krueger, Underwood. Death occurred while Mrs. Tetzlaff was visiting at the Krueger home, and her illness was of only two hours' duration.

She was a member of the German Lutheran Church and the Ladies' Aid Society. Mrs. Tetzlaff was born in Brunswick, Germany, and had lived in Pottawattamie County forty-two years, and in Council Bluffs six years.

She is survived by her husband, Martin Tetzlaff; one son, W.H. Tetzlaff of James Township; and four sisters, Mrs. W.F. Krueger and Mrs. A.E. Krueger, Norwalk Township; Mrs. Emil Moehnert, Madison, Nebraska, and Mrs. Alfred Leu, Hastings, Iowa.

The funeral will be held Monday with services at the old home place of the son, W.H. Tetzlaff in James Township, and later services at noon at the German Lutheran Church at Oakland. Rev. Schrader of Oakland and Rev. Lange of Council Bluffs will officiate. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery.
