Funeral service for Ruth Walton Thomas, 67, Nebraska City, Nebraska will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the Meyer Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Paul W. Somerville, pastor of Epworth United Methodist Church will officiate. Interment will be in the Branson cemetery near Loveland.

Mrs. Thomas died Thursday at her home following an extended illness. She was a former resident of Council Bluffs.
