ELMER C. TOAY, aged 37 years, died Monday morning at Mercy Hospital of Spanish influenza. He was an employee of the Kimball Laundry Company of Omaha.

He is survived by: his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Simon Toay of Bingham, Iowa, a son, Paul, aged 8 years, and one brother, Wilbur Toay of Elba, Colorado.

The body was taken to Woodring & Jackson's parlors and will be sent to Shenandoah, Iowa, Tuesday for burial.
