CHARLES VAP, 32, Luddell, Kansas, died at a local hospital early Monday following a short illness.

He is survived by his widow, Theresa; one son, his parents and three brothers all living in Kansas.

The body was removed to the Beem-Belford Funeral Home and will be shipped to Luddell for services and interment.
