BERT F. WHITAKER, aged 21 years, son of Mrs. Edith Whitaker, died of Spanish influenza at Camp Dodge, Friday afternoon, after an illness of two weeks.

The body was brought to this city and taken to Cutler's parlors.

Mr. Whitaker made his home with his grandmother, Mrs. M.E. Osborn, 2432 Eighth Avenue. He is survived by: a sister, Miss Hazel Whitaker, at home and his grandmother, Mrs. Osborn.

Funeral services will be conducted at the cemetery, Rev. Matthews of the Fifth Avenue M.E. church officiating.
