Mrs. VIRGIE NEWTON WICLIFFE, former schoolteacher at Weston passed away January 17 at Augusta, Georgia. At her bedside was a sister, Miss Georgia Newton of Lincoln, Nebraska.

She leaves a husband, mother, a brother and sister all of Lincoln, Nebraska.

Mrs. Wicliffe taught school in Weston when she was a girl of 17 years of age and has taught in many states of the country.
