Shirk ~ Morgan Conductor J. C. Shirk, who has been running on this branch of the Northwestern since its construction, was married yesterday, the 25th, at Hawarden, Iowa, to a Mrs. Morgan and after a brief honeymoon trip will settle down to married life in that place. The groom is so well acquainted and generally so well liked that the “jollying” of his friends, when he returns to his run, is likely to be something terrific. Wing ~ Cole Ireton, Io., Sept. 28. – Miss Clara B. Cole, daughter of Rev. Jesse Cole, was married to Fred S. Wing, son of D. E. Wing, at Ireton today, her father, assisted by Rev. William J.
