Jarshaw ~ Lee

Last Saturday, March 2, at high noon occurred the marriage of Miss Inger Lee to Mr. Ole Jarshow, in the Lincoln Church. It was a neat and grand church wedding and the day was one of ideal weather. The church was beautifully decorated. Rev. O. M. Vereide officiated.
She came here last fall from Durand, Wisc., where her parents reside. Her brother, Mr. Sever Lee, was the only one from there who was here in attendance.
The groom is well known in this community, having lived with his parents east of here most of his time during the past 26 years. He was born at Northwood, Iowa, and while he was yet small his parents settled on the place east of here where they still live. He was one of the boys of Chicamaugua Park, and suffered with the rest of them. After his return from the army he was away farming a few years at Menfre, N.D., but returned to Iowa.

Johnson ~ Erdahl

Yesterday at 2 o'clock the marriage of Miss Josie Erdahl and Cassie Johnson was solemnized in the Hauge Church, with Rev. L. J. Odland, pastor of the Church, officiating.
The bride is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lasse Erdahl, north of here. The groom is the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Johnson northwest of here. The young couple will make their home on the old Littlefield farm which the groom's father owns.

Nelson ~ Mikkelson

Last Saturday at 2 o'clock p.m. the marriage of Miss CMava Mikkelson and Hans G. Nelson was solemnized in the Lincoln Church by Rev. O. M. Vereide in the presence of a large number of invited guests. She is one of the many daughters of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. Mikkelson. The groom is the only living son of the Gunder Nelson family. He has a 120 acre farm 3 1/2 miles north of here and a sister, Mrs. Sunde, in South Dakota.

Olson ~ Gulbrough

Last night at 8 o'clock occurred the marriage of Miss Bell D. Gulbrough to Mr. Ole G. Olson in the Liberty Church with Rev. P. B. Trelstad officiating.
The bride is a sister of Mrs. A. K. Nesheim and is well and favorably known. Her former home used to be near Vinje, but for some years now her folks have lived in South Dakota. Miss Gulbrough, however, has made her home here with her sister for the past year.
The groom is well known here and in the neighborhood of Vinje. He has been working at the blacksmith trade for quite a number of years, and has now for about four years been in partnership with A. K. Nesheim of this place.

Peterson ~ Hove

Miss Hattie Hove and Mr. Ed Peterson were joined in holy matrimony last week Wednesday at 11 o'clock a.m. in the Sholden Church, Rev. Sonderson officiating.
The bride is the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Hove. The groom is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Peterson. The young people will go to housekeeping on the farm owned by the father of the groom.

Stierler ~ Stubbe

A quiet wedding was solemnized last Tuesday at Buffalo Center when Miss Rosa Stubbe and Mr. Lubert Stierler were united in marriage.
Mr. Stierler is an industrious and hard working young farmer south of here. He owns a farm about two miles south of Rake on which the young people will make their future home.
