Washington, Oct. 5. - Seventeen Iowans were mentioned in the Army casualty lists today which carried a total of
532 names divided as follows:
Killed in action, 113; missing in action, 66; wounded severely, 303; died from wounds 31;
died of disease, 11; died from aero plane accident, 1; died from accident and other causes, 7.
