| Petition for Letters of Administration P.H. GABHART STATE OF KANSAS , COUNTY OTTAWA IN THE PROBATE CORT OF SAID COUNTY In the Matter of the Estate of P H Gabhart Deceased And now comes Cornelia Gabhart and represents that P H Gabhart on the 26th day of October A.D. 1903, died as your petitioner verily believes, having made no last will and testament: that said deceased was, at said time a resident of said Ottawa, Kansas; that said deceased had, at the time of his death, personal property in this State of the probable value of One Thousand DOLLARS which may be lost, destroyed or diminished in value if speedy care be not taken of the same; that said deceased left the following persons as his sole and only heirs, viz.: Cornelia Gabhart his widow Addie FootE his daughter age 35 years Flora Reed daughter deceased – issue two children Charles Gabhart his son age 31 years Thomas Gabhart his son age 29 years George Gabhart his son age 25 years John Gabhart his son age 21 years Jannie Gabhart his daughter age 17 years To the End, Therefore, That said property may be collected, preserved and disposed of according to law, your petitioner herby prays that letters of administration may be granted on the estate of said deceased, and Cornelia Gabhart may be appointed such administratTrix (signed) Cornelia Gabhart Subscribed and Sworn to before me this 15th day of October A.D. 1904 (signed) GM Barkner Probate Judge. ~ Submitted by Bill Reed (xuanbill/clearwire.net) Petition for Letters of Administration CORNELIA GABHART STATE OF KANSAS , COUNTY OTTAWA IN THE PROBATE CORT OF SAID COUNTY In the Matter of the Estate of Cornelia Gabhart Deceased And now comes C.W.
