He was born Jan. 28, 1931 in Oxford to the late Lloyd D. and Debbie N. (Warren) Douglas. On July 14, 1949 he married E. Janice Dyer in Wichita.
He was the owner and operator of Doug's Apco, Derby where he retired in 1977.
Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Donald Douglas; granddaughter, Kimberly Douglas; daughter-in-law, Darlene Douglas.
