Friends may call at Senter-Smith Mortuary in Mulvane from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Schultz, and twin sister, Doris Broome of Laurel, MS. Dottie was born January 16, 1918, in Laurel, Miss., to Malcolm & Pearl (Lewis) Dove. She served in North Africa during WWII with the Red Cross, and was a legal secretary in civil service for many years in Wichita. She married Willie Schultz January 7, 1946.
