Boyle County, Kentucky. Wills, 1—160: Jane Dunn, of Lincoln County, Kentucky, June 29, 1849. Advanced in years, but of sound mind, to grandson, Robert Dunn, son of Samuel, $100.00; to grandson, Williamson Dunn, son of Samuel, $100.00; to grandson, Marion Dunn, $100.00; to grandson, James H. Dunn, my gold watch; to grandson, Samuel C. Dunn, son of Samuel, $50.00; to my son, Oliver, $50.00. The above sums are to be paid to my grandchildren at their majority. To Susan Jane Dunn and Margaret Francis Dunn, daughters of my son Samuel, $50:00 each; grandchildren, Williamson Dunn and Nancy Dunn, children of my son, Davis Dunn, $50.00 each at twenty-one; to my daughter, Sophia Wingate, $150.00; Samuel Givens and James Blair, executors. The will of the late Dr. Ormund Beatty has been admitted to probate at Danville. The will was written by Dr. Beatty on June 23 with a lead pencil and devises his estate as follows: A tract of land, near Hillsboro, Texas, containing 330 acres, he bequeathes to his son, Charles R. Beatty, conditionally. All the remainder of his estate he bequeathes to his daughter, Mrs. Pattie B. Quisenberry. To his faithful servant, Sophia Campbell, $50 annually, during her life, in addition to her wages. [The Evening Bulletin. (Maysville, Ky.), July 23, 1890 - Sub. by K.T.]
