BANKS
Mrs. Banks was crushed under an engine at the Main Street crossing of the Chesapeake
& Ohio Road, in the city, last April. She was badly maimed, and instituted suits against the same parties for
damages. The trial of the case was begun at the December term of court here, but before the trial was completed
Mrs. Banks died at her home in Breathitt County. Mr. Cockrill was later appointed administrator for her, and brings
