THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
CASEY COUNTY COURT
BE IT KNOWN, That we Killis Brown
Principal, and Robert Garland
Surety, are jointly and severally bond to the Commonwealth Of Kentucky,
In the sum of One Hundred Dollars.
THIS BOND IS CONDITIONED AS FOLLOWS:
That, whereas, Marriage is intended to be solemnized between
Killis Brown
and Bertie Garland
Now, if there is no lawful cause to obstruct said Marriage, this bond shall be void
And remain full force and effect.
