ALICE K. LOWRY
Alice K. Lowry, 69, of Liberty Hill Road, died 12:25 PM Wednesday, October 16, 1996 in the Adena Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness. She was born December 7, 1926 and Henry county, Kentucky, to Andy Thomas and Rosa Hicks Ruth. She was married December 20, 1945, to Sigle Lowry Jr., who died December 27, 1994. Surviving are daughter, Carolyn Barnes, of Columbus; daughter and son in law, Linda and Steve Dennewitz, with whom she lived it; sons, Andy A. and Lewis G. Lowry; son and daughter and law, John R. and Ruth Lowry, all of Chillicothe; 12 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; brother, Elihu West, of Lancaster, Kentucky; brothers and sisters in law, Thomas and Ruth West, of Utica, Michigan and Robert and Pat West, of Jacksonville, Florida; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister and four brothers. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM Saturday in the Ware funeral home. Burial will follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery. Friends may call at Ware's from 6 to 8 PM Friday.
