Letter from Brig. Gen Henry Prince in Columbus KY Aug 16 1864 to Lt Gen Grant complaining about new commander taking over. Policies of terror- Took a man named KESTERSON from Prison in Columbus KY on Jul 27 1864 and executed without a trial in Paducah KY.
