MRS. LIZZIE STEWART DIES AT POWDERLY
Mrs. Lizzie Major Stewart. 57, wife of Oarnett Stewart, died at her home In Powderly at 6:55 a.m. Saturday.
She was a member of the Mercer Baptist Church. She was born In Muhlenberg County on August 21. 1894.
Surviving besides her husband are three sons. T. H. Stewart of Greenville, Paul Stewart of Powderly. and Darrell Stewart of St. Joseph. Mich.; one daughter, Mrs. Pearl Stringer of Detroit; six grandchildren; five sisters.
Funeral services were held Monday with the Rev. Guy Wllkerson, Mortons Oap. officiating. Burial was in the Corley Cemetery near Graham.
