The Earth Slightly Jolted Down Beyond Banger

Ellsworth, Maine, September 25 – An earthquake shock was felt her at 1:05 this afternoon.

Houses shook windows and dished rattled and the vibration lasted ten seconds.

The shock was also noticed in other towns in the county and in Steuben and Washington Counties.
