(Souce: The Eastern Argus, Portland, Maine, August 11, 1859)                                                                                                                                    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~   The funeral of Jacob Achorn and wife of Waldoboro, occurred Friday afternoon, Mar. 23rd.   They were buried in one grave; they had lived together 57 years and were the parents of 13 children, eight of whom are still living.
