Dec. 23. Charter street, dwelling house occupied by T. Bartlett, Jr., damage slight; defect in chimney.
1846
Feb 9. In Brewer, Octagon School House; defect in chimney.
Feb 18. Tar House in Dunning's Ship yard; damage slight.
Feb 20. East Market Square. Granite Block, in shop of D. & T. Stone; damage trifling.
March 28. An old building, in the Kenduskeag stream, which had drifted down from Drummond's Mills; incendiary.
March 29. Broad street. Store house of Joseph Bryant & Son; damage small; caused by lime and the great freshet.
April 8. York street. Wetherbee block; damage trifling; defect in the chimney.
May 6. Bank of Penobscot River. Boom House, owned by T.M. Moody.
Aug 12. Exchange street. Hammatt's Block; damage trifling.
Oct 17. Broad street. Stores occupied by Huckins & Dudley, M. & O. Pearson, and A. Stickney. Defect in chimney.
Nov 24. Broad street. Store of Stephen Walker and sail-loft of Lemuel Bradford; damaged.
Dec 15. Exchange street. Hammatt's block, damage trifling.
Dec 23. Washington street. House occupied by E. Pool; damage trifling.

Sept 26. Broad street. Shop belonging to Asa P. Lancil; boys playing with matches.
Oct 19. Franklin street. Blacksmith shop of A.M. Wingate; damage trifling.
Nov 1. Harlow street; Two barns owned by Thomas Drew; incendiary.
Nov 3. Kenduskeag Stream. Saw mill, C.C. Rice, John Glidden and Joab Palmer. Loss $5000; Insurance $2000.
