Foxcraft Acadamey has commenced its fall session with 80 students.  E.P. Sampson, A.B.Principal.  Miss Adelia W. Adams, assistant.  Mr. Sampson was formerly the principal of the high school in Ellsworth.

W.A. Allen, C.E. of the M.C.R.R. and A.W. Robinson, of Boston, and their wives are at Long Pond, Piscataquis County, where they are to camp for a few weeks.

Grand Army men in Dover and Foxcroft under the leadership of Wainwright Curshing and George G. Downing, have chartered a Pullman car to go to Detroit for the next meeting of the National Encampment and are now forming a party to make the trip.  They will go over the Canadian Pacific.

James L. Tyron, night editor of the Argus, and wife are spending a week’s vacation in Piscataquis County.

The home of Phillimon Parsons in Foxcroft was entered Sunday while the family was at church, and jewelry and silverware to the value of about $100.00 was taken.
