PROBATE INFORMATION.

EDWARD POOLE

Sagadahoc, ss.--- At a Court of Probate held at Bath, within and for the county of Sagadahoc on the first Tuiesday of May A.D. 1897.

Martha J. Poole, widow of Edward Poole, late of Bath in said County, deceased, having presented her application for allowance out of the personal estate of said deceased:

On said petition, Ordered, That the said widow give notice thereof three weeks successively in the Bath Independent, printed in Bath in said County, that all person interested may attend at a Probate Court to be held at Bath, on the first Tuesday of June next, and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said petition should not be granted.
